Wonderful health blog that was created to raise awareness about thyroid and autoimmune disease.  It is full of excellent information, as well as positive stories that will inspire you on your own journey to wellness.


Hypothyroid Mom 


Fellow hypothyroid survivor, Dana Trentini’s fabulous blog that will educate and entertain you with every post.  Dana is committed to raising awareness about hypothyroidism for the thyroid community, as well as for our children.


Thyca: Thyroid Cancer Survivors’ Association


If you are newly diagnosed with thyroid cancer, or need additional resources of information, Thyca is a great place to start learning more your diagnosis and treatment options.  Tyca’s Low Iodine Diet information and cook book are excellent to help you navigate the LID.


Butterfly Bandits


Founded in 2012 by a thyroid cancer survivor whose mission is to raise awareness of thyroid cancer and thyroid disease.


The Butterfly Nation


The Butterfly Nation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit that was born out of an online support group. As patients, they have suffered because of the lack of good, clear information on thyroid disorders, and have joined together to help one another manage thyroid disease.


Thyroid Sexy


Actress, Gena Lee-Nolin, is a true advocate for those suffering from Hashimoto’s disease and hypothyroidism.  Gena's facebook page, "Thyroid Sexy," as well has her book Beautiful Inside and Out: Conquering Thyroid Disease with a Healthy, Happy, “Thyroid Sexy” Life, which she co-authored with fellow thyroid advocate Mary Shomon, are both wonderful resources.


Izabella Wentz, Thyroid Pharmacist


Dr. Izabella Wentz is a New York Times Bestselling Author of Hashimoto's The Root Cause which offers health strategies to improve and reverse Hashimoto's disease. Her website provides wonderful information for all thyroid disease patients hoping to achieve wellness.
